At Body & Soul we offer a large variety of packages to suit everyone's schedules and budgets. This enables you to be personal trained an unlimited number of sessions per week. Body & Soul Boot Camp is designed for our clients to train a minimum of 3 sessions per week. Completing 3 sessions per week will ensure our clients The Total Body Transformation they have been searching and waiting for. ANY additional workouts WILL BENEFIT YOU FURTHER HANDS DOWN! - 2 Bi-Weekly Meetings/Month with a Bootcamp Instructor:
Session#1- Group Orientation- Learn Your Workouts of the Month: A bootcamp instructor will teach you and other Bootcamp-To-Go Members the workouts of the month, complete with level I, II, and III exercise progressions to best accommodate your current fitness level. You will also have the opportunity to ask any and all questions you may have about your monthly workouts at this time.
Session#2- Group Workout- Crank It to the Bootcamp Workout of the Month: A bootcamp instructor will provide you and other Bootcamp-To-Go Members with a killer wildcard workout each month to provide a nice change of pace from your monthly training routines. The inherent social support and accountability of the group exercise format will also help you stay the course with your workout routines and make new friends in fitness. It’s also nice to know that you can see your trainer ever 2 weeks to best keep you in check.
