Alright guys and gals keep on rockin.  BRING IT!! 

The standing Resistance Band Lunging / Chest press.  This is a standing movement involving the core, the legs, the chest and the triceps.  This is what is called a multimovement.  There are several muscle groups involved here.  Remember, the more that is involved at once, the more body fat will be burned, and the faster the muscles will reform!  

This gives you a scape of the main floor area where we BRING IT and accomplish our state of the art Boot Camps.  stretching routines, foam rollers, yoga, pilates, free weights, med-ball stations, dowel training, body weight training, core stability ball training, dumbbell taining, kettlebell training, "FEATURED" TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING (to the right), RESISTANCE BAND TRAINING (left side) and more.  This will also be where we will hold our pre-workout station explanations, warm-ups, cool-downs, as well as our mini nutrition lessons.  

This area with all of the piping on the wall has been specifically designed and constructed for the all new RESISTANCE BAND TRAINING scheme.  Notice the multiple sets of  3 horizontal mounted pipes which will serve as attachment points for the bands, enable us to work ENDLESSLY using a wide variety of ranges of motion, and incorporating all 3 planes of motion.  This will also be where we are running various footwork and cardiovascular recruitment coordination drills to incorporate the body as a whole unit as seen in the phota above.

Here is where we will be doing many of our body movement drills on our mini track as well as multiple free form dumbbell and kettlebell movements as well as a vast array of non-traditional training modalities as seen by the large tires here.    

 Here you get a great view of the all new TRX SUSPENSION TRAINERS.  These amazing devices enable us to train our bodies using nothing more than our body weight, but will sculpt your body and build an unparalleled amount of relative strength.  Also you will see our lesson board which hosts all of our movements for the day, any announcements that may be made for the day, as well as the mini nutrition lessons for the day.  

This is our full plyometric footwork cardiovascular conditioning circuit area.  This area will be utilized in order to conduct multiple patterns of interval training agility movements using a vast array of interval sequences which will challenge your body at multiple exertion levels.  We will also be utilizing body bar free form functional training which will enable your body to be consistently challenged, while activating areas of coordination, timing, and proprioceptive body awareness. 

Showing the versatility of Resistance Band Training.  In this instance performing a functional core rotation, as well as resisted band plyometric ladder progressions!
