Personal Training: (Roughly 45-50 min) Each session will begin with personal improvement time which consists of individualized discussion concerning any areas of our clients that may need special attention during our training. This is followed by a Body & Soul Boot Camp Dynamic / Active warm-up. Following our warm-up, our active training for the day begins. Together, we will be using both station / boot camp approaches. Each workout will have a specific role, as every session will focus on differing aspects of fitness. The beautiful thing about our workouts together is that you will not only be working your muscles in an absolute functional and athletic method, but also your heart due to the cardiovascular pace of our workouts. This will lead to greater fat burning in a shorter period of time. Of course, each person has their own specific goals and abilities, therefore each person will be supplied the proper progressions and adjustments to fit his or her success plan personally. Our program will FEATURE THE ALL NEW TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING, FLEX BAND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING and include all of the following training techniques with a STATION / BOOT CAMP APPROACH: Traditional strength training, Kettlebell training, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, Dynamic Core training, Balance training, Body Suspension training, Body Bar Training, Flexibility, Cardiovascular, Tabata, Swiss ball training, Plyometrics, Audio Interval Training and more.

Nutrition / Program Support: (Roughly 10-15 min) Following our invigorating workout will be our nutrition / program support lesson for the day. Our main concentration during this time will be healthy eating habits. During each lesson, we will be uncovering and discussing a new facet of nutrition. Through this you will be continuously expanding your inner knowledge, enabling yourself to understand what the true meaning of healthy nutrition is. Together we will cover topics such as: Daily caloric needs, food recording and dietary analysis, caloric formulas for losing body fat vs. gaining muscle, nutrient density, portion sizes, food label analysis, macronutrients, enriched foods vs. whole grain, organic foods, heart disease, cholesterol, complete and incomplete proteins, fad diets, 6 major nutrients, hydration, vitamins+minerals, blood pressure, target heart rate, nutrient timing, simple vs. complex carbs, supplementation, 6 pillars of nutrition and much more.Program Support is an absolute drive towards success. Throughout this experience we delve into what it takes to make your amazing new lifestyle a permanent one. Together, we will be covering topics like: Short & long term goal setting, Motivational success, 5 Stages of permanent change, Mind & body connection, 5 steps to success, developing re-directional solutions and more.
